Captain Larry "Huffy" Hoffman (Col. USA Ret.) is a U. S. Coast Guard Certified Captain with 25 years of local deep-sea fishing experience. Captain "Huffy" is a writer for the St. Petersburg Times newspaper and has won numerous offshore tournaments. Captain "Huffy" is Pro Staff Fisherman for Mercury Outboards and Donzi boats.

We have two boats, one for offshore fishing and one for flats fishing. Both leave from Fish Famous John's Pass, Treasure Island, Florida.

The offshore boat is a center console 35 ft Donzi with twin 225 Mercury Outboards. The boat is fully equipped for fishing. There is a head under the center console. The boat is fast and normally cruises at forty miles per hour getting to the fishing grounds early and normally the first boat to ship wrecks and fresh water springs.

Our inshore boat is a 18 ft. Hewes Flats Boat. We target Tarpon, Redfish, Trout and Snook.

We carry all the normal emergency equipment including an Ebirb life raft. Our number one goal is to put you on the fish and get you home safe.

We provide all tackle, license, live bait, dead bait, ice and clean bag for your fish at the end of the day. We provide water, ice and coolers while onboard. You will need a cooler to take your cleaned fish home.

We pride ourselves on giving you a full day fishing and give you the best experience possible on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Captain "Huffy" is available 7 days a week. Due to his success and reputation, it is recommended that you book your trip several weeks in advance, or as soon as possible. If you wish to book several trips, volume discounts are available to private or corporate customers.
