We have four seasons of fishing on this coast. The spring and fall finds migrations of Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, BlackfinTuna and Barracuda that we target. We like to concentrate on this migration because the fish are plentiful and near shore. The Kingfish is very fast and gets up to fifty pounds. We use live bait slow trolled on down riggers and flat lines to produce big fish. Live bait fishing day in and day out produce the biggest fish caught on this coast.
The winter months we concentrate on Snapper, Grouper and Amberjack fishing. Summer months is blue water fishing where we target Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo and Dolphin. Bottom fishing on this coast is excellent all year long so we always have plenty to catch.
Ship wrecks and freshwater springs hold many types of fish and are excellent places to concentrate our fishing efforts. We have thousands of places to fish that are stored in the Global positioning systems on our boats. Depending on the weather we may run south, west or north but we always have good places to fish.
